Education Institutes Management System   Exams Module Exams While conducting examination in school, the user needs to initiate exams by providing relevant school name, exam title, and details. Later this information will be helpful in assigning grades and marks against specific exams. Grades This section will be used in defining grades against each subject. Here the user has to define different range of marks that will be used in calculating marks of a student. Marks This section will be used in registering marks of students against relevant Class Section and Subject. In ‘Marks’, the user only needs to add marks obtained by the student only whereas percentage and grade will be auto-calculated. Later this all information can be summarized and viewed by getting relevant Result on a single click. Thus lot of effort can be reduce by going through manual procedure of grade and percentage calculation. Results This section helps management/administrator in viewing and exporting detail result card of any student(s), any exam category, and result of particular school branch of any class section. The system will allow user to export all data in Microsoft Excel sheet for analysis and finalizing the exam results. Comments Comments section will facilitate user in adding description against particular result of a student. The special feature of comments is that you can add gender independent comments and system is smart enough to judge the gender itself. Analysis  This is an important feature for the management to analyze the results of the students class/section wise and take decisions by viewing student Grades subject wise.
