Education Institutes Management System   Students Module Students Module is the most primary section for any of the institute. In EIMS, we  facilitate many advanced features for Institute’s management to see and analyze the  inside picture of their organization. This will helps in traceability and visibility of every  student in all aspects in one single click.  Currently we are offering following key features for Students module.  © ADROITSOL Technologies 2001-12 Admission The ‘Admission’ section will be used at the time of a ‘Student’ admission containing various information like personal information, registration information, parents information; along with   different associated ‘Statuses’ of each student like Approved, Rejected, In Process, On Hold, etc. Moreover, this section will show a summarized snapshot of all new student admission progress and will help management to check the status of admission of any student at any time. Students  In ‘Students’ section, we have student personal information, contact information, parents   information, students class/section, emergency number, etc that will added one time and later will be used for getting various results like student attendance, class name, section, teacher, subjects, exams performance, etc. In addition, this section facilitates filtration by all aspects like class-wise, school branch-wise, etc to get quick inside of any student. Attendance Once the student information is added into the system, this section will facilitate user (system operator) to mark the attendance of all students quickly and conveniently. Later this will helps principal/management to see attendance progress of any student against any class or any of its offshore branches.  Subjects This section will be used in configuring following aspects of Branch and Session-wise: 1) To check ‘Subjects’ of any class/section 2) configure any Subjects(s) against assigned teacher 3) assign Subjects to the relevant Teacher class section-wise Withdrawals In case the student wants to withdrawal from school, our system facilitates in recording this information. The user has to provide ‘Withdrawal’ reason, its details, and date and attach soft copy of the application. This will helps management in viewing all kind of information for student(s) withdrawal against any session of school branch. Leaves If any student has applied for leaves, this section will help to register those leaves in a simple manner for the user. The operator only needs to provide School Branch name, session, class, leave dates or any other relevant detail so it will later helps in tracking his/her leave history or helps in analyzing student performance.  In addition, the management can view the list of all ‘Leave’ students of their all branches at any time. This will helps them in decision making and evaluate them in various means. Transfers In case the student needs to transfer from one branch to another, this section will facilitates to transfer online.  The user only needs to provide few inputs like name of existing School Branch, new School Branch Name, and session and Class/Section information to transfer any student to other branch.  Navigator This is the most advance and key feature of Student module. This will help user to quickly search any student information like its current class/section or relevant student occupation or students against particular region or address, etc, this system will fetch out all kind of relevant information in a second. While following manual procedure and searching from bundle of   registers, we cannot get any authentic result against thousands of records whereas our EIMS students navigator can search in a second with the most reliable and accurate information. This will save lot of time and effort to management and administration. Promotions Once the student completes its session, we can promote him/her to the next class. All the associated records will be moved automatically. During promotion section, the user has multiple options to choose against each student like Pass, Fail, Withdrawal, Transferred, etc. Thus we can use this section for multiple school branches and proceed as per requirement.
